Modern hotel, comfortable room, very good breakfast, excellent location. Extremely helpful staff. The receptionist lady was super kind, she showed me 2 different rooms in order to check what kind of view I prefer.

Modern, functional hotel. It is geared at business travellers so we got a super rate at the weekend including breakfast. Good location for us as we like to stay out of the central tourist areas. A pleasant and comfortable 15/20 minute walk to the old town and good public transport available close by. Breakfast was superb. All staff were multilingual, friendly and helpful. Nice size room on a high floor with all mod cons.

A true example of a classic 5-star hotel quality (only the pool is missing). We even found a lavender scent in the room to help us fall asleep. The breakfast is amazing, I think everyone can find everything to their taste.

I was ready to give it 10/10 and ignore the noisy air con, but the last few hours made it a subpar experience, which made the whole experience awful. The breakfast is amazing due to fresh juice and delicious bacon that is crispy, and that's why the rating was supposed to be ten.

The receptionist was pretty rude explaining to us why our superior room with lounge access is not on the high floor, but on 5th floor, which super low in my opinion for this level of the room
